Online Subscriber Agreement

LEUKOS

Terms and Conditions

Authorized Users
IESNA grants access to LEUKOS to paid Subscriber for the duration of that subscription. This access is granted only to the Subscriber individually, and may not be transferred to others.

Subscriber agrees to maintain User ID and Password as private and confidential information. Unauthorized use of USER ID and Password for access to LEUKOS is a breach of the license, and a violation of IESNA copyrights.

Permitted Use
1. To browse, search, retrieve and view LEUKOS
2. To make one hard copy of the output of any search; such copies may not be sold and may not be distributed to anyone who is not a subscriber

Prohibitions on Certain Uses
Subscriber agrees not to forward, transfer, sell, rent or otherwise knowingly distribute or provide access to the contents of LEUKOS to anyone who is not a Subscriber, unless specifically permitted in this Agreement. No material from LEUKOS may be used for service bureau redistribution services, printing for fee-for-service purposes, such as document delivery services.

Copyright
LEUKOS' content, including abstracts, is copyrighted by the IESNA and is subject to all applicable copyright, database protection, and other rights of the IESNA as copyright owner and publisher under laws of the United States and other countries.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Subscriber shall be permitted to access LEUKOS at any time. The IESNA, however, shall not be liable for any delay, down time, or other failure of performance, but shall use reasonable efforts to correct any material performance problem brought to its attention.

Subscriber shall not assign or transfer its rights under this Agreement.
