Working media professionals are invited to attend and cover Intersolar & Energy Storage North America. The complimentary press badge provides access to conference sessions, keynote addresses, and the exhibit hall—including the Solar Games competition, the Hub presentation theater, and all show-floor networking events.

Application Details

Who is Eligible?

Applicants must be a qualified representative from one of the following:
- Trade, news, or consumer publication
- Newspaper
- Wire or radio service
- Industry blog
Generally, applicants that qualify have the following titles:
- Editor
- Reporter
- Editorial writer
- Industry blogger
- Publisher / associate publisher
- Photographer / camera crew
The following generally do not qualify:
- Sales/Marketing personnel (sales managers, account executives, etc.)
- Advertising/PR agency personnel
- Freelancers
- Commercial photographers not working for an accredited news organization

How Does it Work?

Visit the IESNA 2025 Press Portal to submit your professional contact information as well as links to recent work and social media handles.
A member of Intersolar & Energy Storage North America’s Public Relations team will review the application within seven (7) business days.
The application will be approved or rejected depending on the qualification materials submitted.
Applicants will receive an email notification of their application status.
