He has built a career at the intersection of software, finance, and clean energy, consistently driving high-impact growth initiatives for both high-growth startups and top-tier investment firms.
Jarell currently leads strategic partnerships at Aurora Solar, where he sourced, closed, and structured major financing partnerships, and developed product and market strategies that shaped the company’s expansion across residential and commercial solar.
Before Aurora, he invested in category-defining climate and energy software companies as an investor at Energize Capital. His background includes evaluating more than one hundred B2B SaaS businesses, underwriting complex deals, and partnering directly with executives to refine product-market fit and GTM strategy. Jarell holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State.
