Nick is a Master Electrician with a passion for making electricity from sunlight. He has worked with solar in a variety of capacities over the last 18 years – from multi-megawatt systems in commercial and utility settings, to small off-grid systems for remote and tribal communities.
He is the creator and CEO of Illumination Solar Training Systems, a company with the mission of expanding access to high quality hands-on solar training and reducing barriers to solar careers for students of all backgrounds.
As a NABCEP certified PV Installation Professional and PV System Inspector with Wisconsin Master Electrician and Commercial Electrical Inspector licenses, Nick believes wholeheartedly in the power of solar to create positive change, and strives to continually explore that with students and colleagues alike.
