San Diego Convention Center Corporation is the exclusive cleaning services provider for IESNA 2026. No other contractor or cleaning provider, including but not limited to; exhibitor appointed contractors, exhibitors, and booth personnel can perform cleaning services on SDCC property.

Vacuums are prohibited on the show floor.

It is the responsibility of every Exhibitor and/or Exhibitor Appointed Contractor to order cleaning services through the SDCC and ensure the removal of all discarded booth materials from the exhibit hall, and any abandonment of materials in the exhibit hall is strictly prohibited.

It is also prohibited to discard waste or excessive cardboard generated from the booth into the aisles, aisle waste receptacles, column trees/pillars, along the walls, outside the booth space, or anywhere it may impede walkways and create a fire hazard. Impeding egress may incur fire marshal involvement. Exhibitors are required to neatly store excessive cardboard or waste inside their booth space or order porter services through SDCC.

All exhibiting companies MUST submit the Booth Approval form. The deadline for this was January 14th. Islands & Peninsulas will be required to include a booth design in order to receive written approval. Please submit an approval ASAP if you have not done so already.

This event follows the rule of cubic content, as opposed to the rule of line of sight.

This allows exhibitors to make maximum use of their booth space. Under the cubic content rule, each exhibitor may build right up to the front of the booth, up to the maximum allowable height. The height varies according to the booth type, as shown in the height display regulations below. This height restriction includes but is not limited to Banners, Flags, Tents and Lighting. As a courtesy to your neighbor, please take your neighbor’s visibility into account. Consider using smoked plexiglass as opposed to solid walls, and placing your equipment further into your booth as opposed to blocking line of sight.

Click the link below to see an example of a booth following cubic content.

Your Company Profile is visible on the online Exhibitor List as well as the mobile app. Use the link & password included in your Booth Confirmation email to update.

If you need your Booth Confirmation email re-sent, please email customerservice@divcom.com.

OnPeak is the ONLY official housing agency for Intersolar North America & Energy Storage North America. Please beware as you might be contacted by companies offering services not affiliated with the event and are offering non-existent deals.

Make sure to book by February 9th!

Place your order for Lead Retrieval to maximize the return on your investment! Scan attendee badges at your booth and build a database of prospective customers.

The San Diego Convention Center does allow hand carry items to be brought into the facility but does not allow unloading in the front drive.  If you are hand carrying items into the building from your hotel you will be allowed to walk them through the front door.  If you are bringing them in your vehicle you can park in the garage below the convention center and carry your items in from there.

Hand carry items are small items, such as cartons and packages, that can be hand carried by only one person during move-in and move-out that weigh less than 300 lbs.

Hand carry does not include the use of four-wheel dollies, two-wheel dollies, or push carts. These tools are prohibited and cannot be used to transport any hand carry material during the move-in and move-out of the trade show by an exhibitor or their exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC). Examples of acceptable hand-carry materials include boxes, suitcases or fiberboard shipping carton, and portable displays on wheels.
