As Vice President of Industrial Strategy & Factory Innovation, Dave Gustafson, P.E., brings over 25 years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and greenfield development across the energy, automotive, and advanced materials sectors.
Before joining TerraFlow Energy, he held executive roles at Bridgestone, CubicPV, and T1 Energy, where he led multi-billion-dollar factory programs and advanced smart manufacturing systems. A former U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer and MIT-trained engineer, Dave oversees the design and deployment of TerraFlow’s LD-UPS manufacturing infrastructure, driving efficiency, scalability, and technical excellence across the company’s industrial operations.
