As Chief Vision Officer (CVO) of EPE, Ms. Ballouz is focused on advancing the company’s goal to lead in holistically meeting the world’s most challenging energy needs. In her career she has always focused on facilitating delivery of reliable, resilient, flexible, sustainable, and affordable electricity to communities across the world. ​

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in several states.​
