Kristen Lee serves as the Senior Director of Legislative Affairs for Harris County Commissioner Adrian Garcia. In this role, she oversees policy development, legislative analysis, and government relations to advance initiatives that benefit Harris County residents. Kristen also serves as an energy and environmental policy advisor for Commissioner Garcia and the Office of County Administration, where she is part the team leading the County’s efforts around the Solar for All grant and other Harris County energy projects. Previously, Kristen was an Assistant County Attorney, focusing on the Texas Public Information Act and providing counsel to County departments. She earned her bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Houston. She was appointed by Harris County Commissioners Court to the Houston-Galveston Area Council’s Regional Air Quality Planning Advisory Committee and the Board of the Area Emissions Reduction Credit Organization.Â
