Kristina is a veteran politial operative, with an accomplished career at the center of law, policy, and the media. As such, she leverages nearly 24 yers of experience in both Congress and K St to advise companies as they navigating challenges associated with new Administrations, Congressional inquiries, class action litigation, state attorney general investigations, and unique bet-the-company crisis and challenges.
At Womble Bond Dickinson, Kristina leads the Congressional Investigations and Crisis Management practice. Since joining the team in September 2023, she has helped multiple clients navigate Congressional inquiry and public scandal. Kristina has also provided essential support to an Automobile manufacturer under investigation by the Departmetn of Justice, and helped multiple executives navigate public controversey. Recently, she has been supporting a number of clients as they navigate through the meaning and impact of Executive Actions, helping them to make better business decisions amidst the unprecedented uncertainty.
