Richard Kwan

Richard Kwan is an engineer with SCE’s DER Engineering Development & Testing team, which conducts demonstrations of emerging technologies to explore how they can be incorporated into SCE’s overall grid strategy. Richard is involved in various Electric Program Investment Charge (EPIC) projects that leverage DER management systems, helping develop solutions and processes that will support the transition to a clean energy future.
