Rick Umoff is Senior Director and Counsel, California at the Solar Energy Industries Association. Rick directs SEIA’s solar market development efforts in California. Further, Rick oversees SEIA’s policy work in the Northeast and Midwest. Rick has extensive experience advocating on behalf of the solar industry at state agencies and legislatures throughout the United States. Rick is based in San Francisco, CA where he enjoys exploring the city and outdoors with his family.
