All exhibiting companies must submit a Booth Approval form by October 7th. If you have not already done so, please follow the link below and complete your form ASAP.
Log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center using the link & password included in your Booth Confirmation email. If you need your Booth Confirmation email re-sent, please email customerservice@divcom.com.
Log in to register your staff for Exhibitor Badges. Once registered each person will receive a confirmation email with their QR code and badge number. Print this confirmation or pull it up on a mobile device at the event to have your badge printed for you. Please note: each registrant must pick up their own badge. Group badge pickup will not be allowed.
To maximize your company’s visibility with attendees before IESNA Texas, we’ve created custom graphics for exhibiting companies. The graphics showcase your logo along with the IESNA Texas look and feel, highlighting your participation and making it easy to share with your network by email or social (event hashtags and sample copy will automatically populate). If you will be driving to the event, please get a ticket when parking so it can be validated at a discounted rate.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Each 10’x10’ In-Line booth will be set up with 8’ high black back drape and 3’ high black side dividers. Each booth will come with one table, two chairs, a trash can and a company identification sign.
- Each 6'x4' table top exhibit will be set up with 8’ high black drape only. Each table top will come with one 6ft table, two chairs, a trash can and a company identification sign. See the Display Regulations here for more detailed information.
- The exhibit area/booths and exhibit hall aisles will be carpeted with existing hotel carpet.
- Please note: there are no substitutions to the booth package that is provided and no onsite orders are available.
