To protect exhibitors’ investment and maintain the event’s integrity and value for all participants, registrants identified as non-exhibiting suppliers receive a different rate and pass access than other attendees. Non-exhibiting suppliers:
- are not eligible for discounted registration offered through promo codes;
- do not have access to AI-powered matchmaking within the event mobile app; and
- do not have access to the Braindate platform and lounge.

Government & Nonprofits
Government and nonprofit employees are eligible for discounted registration. Registrants must present valid identification at badge pick-up.
Press & Media
Working media professionals are invited to attend and cover IESNA Flagship with complimentary access to conference sessions, the exhibit hall, keynote presentations, and coffee breaks. Apply here.
Students
Students can access the exhibit hall for free on Thursday, February 11 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a full-time course of study at a college or university and must submit their college ID and college advisor’s name. Apply here.
