Hal Sprague

After over 30 years as an environmental lawyer, Hal worked for 11 years at the Center for Neighborhood Technology, in Chicago, as an advocate for sustainable stormwater management practices.  In February 2020, Hal joined Trajectory Energy Partners, an Illinois based community solar developer, and has worked primarily in community engagement, helping Illinois residents, businesses, faith communities, schools and government agencies understand this convenient option for going solar without the need to install panels on their buildings.  Hal engages with local community members, leaders and elected officials to explain the many benefits of community solar to the places where they are located.
