Lynnae Willette is the Director of Regulatory & Legislative Affairs for EDF power solutions, a market-leading, independent power producer and service provider of utility scale solar, storage, wind and hydrogen projects in the United States. Lynnae leads the federal and state legislative and regulatory policy strategy and implementation for Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), Southwest Power Pool (SPP), and Southeastern Electric Reliability Council (SERC) states. Lynnae serves on the board of the Southern Renewables Energy Association and is presently the Chair of the Texas Solar Power Association and Vice Chair of the Advanced Power Alliance. Prior to joining the electricity sector, she worked for British Petroleum, Lewis Energy Group, and BHP Billiton, before and during the American shale horizontal drilling advancement. Lynnae earned her JD from South Texas College of Law and is a licensed Texas attorney.
