Matias Sigal

Matías was the 5th employee at a fast-growing renewable energy company, where he led business development and remained with the team through its IPO. There, he experienced firsthand the inefficiencies and high failure rates in project site selection, which inspired him to co-found REplace in 2023. With a background in Industrial Engineering and real estate, he has since led REplace to raise $2.6M in venture funding, secure eleven global clients, and expand operations into four countries. Today, he drives the company’s U.S. expansion, bringing a unique combination of domain knowledge, fundraising acumen, and startup execution.
