Ryan Roberts

Ryan Roberts is a partner in the Governmental Practice of Sheppard Mullin in Washington, D.C., and is the Leader of the Sheppard Mullin GovCon Commercial Products and Services Team. Mr. Roberts counsels and represents government contractors of all sizes on all aspects of government contracting, including bid protests, claims, self-disclosures, internal investigations, GSA pre- and post-award audits, Department of Justice investigations, and False Claims Act litigation. Mr. Roberts also is a co-author of the GSA Schedule Handbook, a leading treatise on commercial products and services contracting. Mr. Roberts has particular expertise in domestic content and country of origin regulations, including those incorporated in the Inflation Reduction Act.
