Student Registration

New for 2025: Complimentary Student Registration

Intersolar & Energy Storage North America is committed to helping aspiring clean energy professionals get the information and connections they need.

Current students can register for a free Student pass to receive access to all conference sessions, keynote addresses, and the exhibit hall—including the Solar Games competition, the Hub presentation theater, and all show-floor networking events.

Please note: Student registration does not include access to lunch or the IESNA After Party.

Application Details

Who is Eligible?

  • Applicants must meet the following requirements:
    • Enrolled in a full-time course of study at a college or university
    • Must submit college ID
    • Must submit college advisor’s name

Each application will be reviewed on an individual basis. 

How Does it Work?

  1. Applicants will submit their information using the IESNA 2025 Student Portal.
  2. A member of the Intersolar & Energy Storage North America team will review the application within seven (7) business days.
  3. The application will be approved or rejected depending on the materials submitted.
  4. Applicants will receive an email notification of their application status.
