Kiera Gavin is a Senior Development Manager at Cultivate Power where she leads the mid- and late-stage development and sales of community solar projects across Illinois. She also spearheads the implementation of Cultivate Power’s mission to ensure that every solar project in Illinois meaningfully invests in local communities and impact partnerships. A proud Illinois native, Kiera is deeply committed to expanding clean, distributed energy solutions in her home state.
