The Sheraton Dallas Hotel welcomes service animals without a fee or documentation.
Note that the handler is responsible for all care and supervising of the service animal at the Sheraton, which includes toileting. Pets are not allowed.
The Sheraton Dallas Hotel has braille available on directional signage, as well as hearing impaired accessible guest rooms. To request specific services, please email nrashed@divcom.com.
Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not available through the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. They will need to be rented ahead of time through an outside company.
