Iga Hallberg

Iga Hallberg is a business development and commercialization executive with over 20 years of experience scaling climate and infrastructure solutions. She currently leads strategic partnerships and customer development at EV Realty (formerly Gage Zero), where she built a national pipeline of EV charging hubs and structured multi-year energy services agreements with fleets, OEMs, and real estate developers. She helped secure over $150 million in public funding, including a winning $100 million EPA grant alongside Tesla, Prologis, and Pilot. Her background spans both private and public sectors, with a focus on aligning capital, policy, and operations to bring clean infrastructure projects into execution. She has previously raised over $350 million in venture and strategic capital to accelerate commercialization of solar, agtech, and energy efficiency technologies. Earlier in her career, she led corporate development at Pecan Street and helped grow the innovation ecosystem at the Austin Technology Incubator, mentoring startups and shaping public-private partnerships around distributed energy, mobility, and smart infrastructure.
