Clean technology solutions provider PowerFlex has hit three significant development milestones, surpassing 500 megawatts (MW) of commercial solar, 50 megawatt-hours (MWh) of battery storage, and 50,000 installed EV chargers.
Its achievements underscore the company’s ability to deliver onsite integrated solar, storage, and EV charging solutions through its adaptive energy management platform, PowerFlex X.
PowerFlex X manages energy storage and load based on tariffs and demand signals, while coordinating EV charging to reduce peak demand and optimize the use of onsite solar generation.
The company’s portfolio includes nearly 1,000 sites across North America. To date, it has delivered 170 million electric miles through its charging network, which is enough energy to power over 100,000 U.S. homes. Combined, its solar and storage projects offset approximately 460,000 metric tons of CO2 annually.
Through an integrated approach, PowerFlex helps commercial and industrial customers lower operating costs, reduce emissions, advance Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets, and improve energy resilience.
