Mr. Haya is a consultant in the DNV Energy Storage Advisory North America team. He currently serves as the Practice Lead for Emerging Energy Storage Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in bioengineering from Harvard University. Mr. Haya’s experience spans energy storage research and industry worlds. As a researcher in the Aziz Group at Harvard, he was involved in the development of redox active species to support a commercially viable flow battery. At DNV, his work entails technical due diligence of residential, C&I and utility-scale energy storage systems (ESSs) in both subject matter expert and project manager roles. Mr. Haya also supports energy access projects in emerging markets as well as ESS manufacturing and supply chain risk management.
