Liv Burton is the Sr. Manager of Customer Operations for Tesla’s Residential Energy division, where she leads all non-install teams (including: Sales, Customer Operations, Design, Permitting, Interconnection, New Product Introduction, Process, Quality and Training) in Tesla’s direct installation business. With a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a background in automotive manufacturing, Liv brings a systems-driven approach to solar operations. Over the past four years, her team has delivered significant improvements in both customer experience and operational performance— including a 70% increase in Net Promoter Score and an 45% improvement in customer conversion. Liv is passionate about scaling systems, eliminating waste, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
