Nicole Tomasin brings more than two decades of leadership experience across the solar and energy industries, spanning residential, commercial, and distribution channels. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles with Conergy Projects, NRG, Sunnova, Suntuity, and SolaX Power, building and scaling product portfolios, leading strategic vendor partnerships, and driving go-to-market execution during periods of rapid market transformation. For the past several months, she has served as Director of Product Strategy & Vendor Relations at Signature Solar, where she has led product roadmap development, strengthened key manufacturer relationships, and aligned innovation with scalable deployment in the rapidly evolving storage market.
Nicole is a long-time champion of energy independence and a passionate advocate for battery storage as a foundational component of modern energy infrastructure. Well before storage became mainstream, she was driving adoption strategies centered on resilience, cost reduction, and grid participation. Her hands-on work installing solar in Haiti through Brighten Haiti further solidified her belief that access to reliable energy is fundamental to economic stability and community development.
Now serving as Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships at Energy Access Innovations (EAI), the parent company of EG4, OutBack Power, Solar 76, and Signature Solar, Nicole focuses on aligning strategic alliances, product innovation, and market execution to accelerate the adoption of integrated solar and storage solutions. She is committed to expanding access to affordable, reliable energy while strengthening the partnerships and platforms that make scalable deployment possible.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole is a proud mom of seven. She often jokes that managing seven personalities at home has been the best leadership training of her career.
