Jessica is the Central Policy Director at Nexamp. In this role she leads Nexamp’s policy and regulatory affairs work across the Midwest and down to Texas. She works collaboratively with internal and external teams to expand access to renewable energy. In this role she is responsible for analyzing, communicating, and advancing a portfolio of state and regional policy issues impacting Nexamp’s solar and storage development efforts.
Prior to Nexamp, Jessica worked at the Union of Concerned Scientists as their Senior Policy Analyst & Midwest Lead. In this role she directed the Midwest Office’s strategic planning and developed priority campaigns.
Jessica has a BA from the University of Florida and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago. She serves on the Board of the Illinois Environmental Council, an on the Climate Jobs Advisory Council for the State of Illinois.
