Eric Peterman co-founded and led a renewable energy company, GRNE Solar, for 11 years, culminating in a successful acquisition by Nelnet Renewable Energy (part of Nelnet Inc.). My experience as an entrepreneur and operator in the renewable energy sector, landed me at MARS Energy Group where I now serve as CEO, focusing on C&I development and execution of solar energy and BESS projects.
Other fun facts:
- Previously I was a three-year starter and captain of the football team at Northwestern University, graduating with degrees in Industrial Engineering and Economics.
- After Northwestern, I spent two years with the Chicago Bears as a Wide Receiver before transitioning into the business world.
- Recently graduated from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with an Executive MBA.
