He has led or contributed to expert testimony, formal comments, technical analyses, and strategic grid planning efforts for clients in over 25 states. These have focused on a range of topics including resource planning and procurement, utility system operations, transmission planning, energy storage, electric vehicles, utility rates and rate design, demand-side management, and distributed energy resources.
