Pooja Shah

Pooja Shah (she/her) is a Senior Consultant and Team Lead in DNV’s Energy Storage and Emerging Technologies advisory group in North America, leading technical due diligence and risk assessment for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across tax equity and debt transactions. She also drives strategy for PTC and ITC transfer transactions across solar, wind, and storage. Pooja has advised on over $5 billion in financing across more than 15 GW of projects, with deep expertise in de-risking deals by translating complex technical risks into clear, decision-relevant insights for capital providers, strengthening investment confidence and enabling more efficient deployment of capital across the clean energy industry. She holds an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Syracuse University and a B.E. in Power Electronics.
