All exhibiting companies MUST submit the Booth Approval form. Please submit an approval ASAP if you have not done so already.
Log in to register your staff for Exhibitor Badges. Once registered each person will receive a confirmation email with their QR code and badge number. Print this confirmation or pull it up on a mobile device at the event to have your badge printed for you. Please note: Each registrant must pick up their own badge. Group badge pickup will not be allowed.

Your Company Profile is visible on the online Exhibitor List as well as the mobile app. Use the link & password included in your Booth Confirmation email to update.

Exhibitors planning to unload items from their own vehicle may park in the William St. Parking Garage. The max vehicle height for this garage is 7’ 3”.
Materials can be hand-carried across the skybridge into the ballroom during exhibitor move-in hours. Exhibitors may only use their own hand-operated equipment (dollies, hand trucks, and push carts). Any other motorized or mechanical equipment is not permitted.

At the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, if an exhibitor hires a contractor to design & build their booth, that contractor must be a member of the Chicagoland Carpenter Union. Review the Labor Union Guidelines, and if you choose to use an EAC you must submit the RES Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form.
Place your order for Lead Retrieval to maximize the return on your investment! Scan attendee badges at your booth and build a database of prospective customers.
Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available throughout public areas of the venue. If you are streaming a video or presentation from the internet and uninterrupted bandwidth is vital, we recommend purchasing a dedicated internet drop for your booth. This service is provided exclusively by RES.

Each 10’x10’ booth will be set up with:
- 8’ high blue back drape and 3’ high blue side dividers.
- One blue draped table, two chairs, & a trash can.
- A company identification sign.
- The exhibit area/booths and exhibit hall aisles will be carpeted with existing hotel carpet.
Note: power is not included with your booth. If you need electrical, please order through RES.
