Barry Matchett has been involved in renewable energy policy development in the Midwest for 25 years. Starting as senior policy advisor to the chairman of the Illinois Commerce Commission, continuing through his role as co- legislative director at Environmental Law & Policy Center and then head of external affairs for NRG and then Clearway Energy, Barry has had the opportunity to work in the 18 regulated and deregulated states in the central United States.
