Evelyn Carpenter is the President and CEO of Invera Energy™ and Solas Energy®, bringing more than 20 years of leadership across the US renewable and emerging energy infrastructure sectors. She has supported the development, due diligence, financing, and construction of over 100 GW of solar, wind, energy storage, transmission, and substation projects.
Since 2009, Evelyn has led the Solas Energy team in successfully providing project and construction management services for milestone projects, including Terra-Gen’s Edwards Sanborn Solar + Storage project (864 MWdc PV; 3,287 MWh BESS), Copia’s Harquahala Sun I and II (450 MWac PV; 1200 MWh BESS), and the first wind farm in Arkansas, Crossover Wind (135 MW).
With Invera Energy, Evelyn carries that success forward, bringing proven expertise to new clients and markets through a broader service offering. Invera Energy focuses on grid reliability, generation and storage deployment, utilities, and data center support.
Under her leadership, Invera Energy and Solas Energy provide a unified, future-ready consulting platform addressing the full spectrum of today’s energy challenges—from renewable generation to the infrastructure required to support AI-driven load growth and grid transformation.
Evelyn holds degrees in Architectural Engineering (BS), Civil Engineering (MS), and an MBA in International Management. She is an active member of ACP, SEIA, NCRES, COSSA, and ASES, and has served on multiple industry boards.
