Hanna Grene is an energy and technology executive leading Global Go to Market and Operations for the Energy & Resources Industry at Microsoft. Hanna supports Microsoft, its partners, and the largest oil and gas, power and utility, and mining companies in the world with their digital transformation including the adoption of AI and navigating the energy transition.
She has worked with governments and Fortune 500 companies worldwide to develop policies and projects valued over $50B that accelerate investment in EVs, storage, grid resilience, and renewable energy.
Hanna is a 2024 Women We Admire awardee, a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Business Leader award in San Diego, and was recognized as the 2022 Women in Smart Energy Industry Leader. She has been featured as a thought leader on energy transition and AI topics by IEEE, the Wall Street Journal, NPR, CERAWeek, and Carbon Copy. She is a Board Member for GridWise and GridForward. She is an adviser to the International Energy Agency.
