Jen Deci

Jen Deci brings multifaceted government experience and previous work on domestic solar manufacturing supply chains to First Solar. Jen previously worked for Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin as Senior Advisor for Policy and Legislative Affairs and as Deputy Secretary of Transportation. Jen spent nearly a decade on Capitol Hill focusing primarily on infrastructure issues, serving on the Senate Banking Committee staff for Sen. Mike Crapo and Sen. Richard Shelby and Sen. Crapo’s Finance Committee staff. Jen has a J.D. with a Securities Law Certificate from the Catholic University of America and has a B.A. from the University of Alabama.
