Karen Bazela is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience driving revenue and margin growth across the renewables, infrastructure, and industrial markets. As Senior Vice President of Sales at Shoals Technologies, she leads the commercial organization providing electrical balance of systems (EBOS) solutions for the solar sector, BESS, and data center markets.
Prior to Shoals, Karen held executive leadership roles at Siemens and Southwire Company, where she managed multi-billion dollar portfolios and spearheaded digital transformations. A passionate advocate for women in leadership, she currently serves as President of the Shoals Women’s Affinity Group and is a former board member for Women in Manufacturing.
Karen holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a BBA from the University of West Georgia.
