Kiera Gavin

Kiera Gavin is a Director of Development at Cultivate Power where she leads the mid- and late-stage development and sales of community solar and storage projects across Illinois. She also spearheads the implementation of Cultivate Power’s mission to ensure that every solar project in Illinois meaningfully invests in local communities and impact partnerships. A proud Illinois native, Kiera is deeply committed to expanding clean, distributed energy solutions in her home state.
 
Kiera studied mechanical engineering at MIT and previously served as Treasurer of the Illinois Environmental Council Young Professionals Board.
