Melissa currently leads ComEd’s Customer Operations organization with responsibility for business and residential account management, customer billing and credit, contact center and meter service operations, energy efficiency, demand response, building and transportation electrification. In addition, she oversees economic and philanthropic partnerships.
Melissa joined Exelon in 2003 and has held several roles of increasing responsibility for Exelon and
ComEd throughout her tenure with the company. Prior to her current role, Melissa served as senior
vice president of Governmental and External affairs at ComEd, where she led Legislative Affairs,
External Affairs, Large Customer Services, and Economic and Workforce Development. Additionally,
she manages ComEd’s relationships with civic and charitable organizations. Other previous roles held at ComEd include vice president of Governmental and External Affairs; vice president of External
Affairs and Large Customer Services and vice president of Regulatory Policy and Strategy.
