Michael Judge is the Undersecretary of Energy for the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA), which seeks to protect, preserve, and enhance the Commonwealth’s environmental resources while ensuring a clean energy future for the state’s residents. He coordinates the execution of energy policy for EEA, working directly with the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU), the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, and other agencies on the development of policy priorities and the implementation of Massachusetts energy laws and regulations. Previous to his current role, Undersecretary Judge served as the Vice President for Policy for the Coalition for Community Solar Access and spent over 12 years in various roles in Massachusetts state government, including over two years as Director of Electric Power, Regional, and Federal Affairs at the DPU and nine years at DOER.
