RJ Hardin

RJ Hardin is a Senior Manager with more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy industry. With an engineering background, he has cultivated a diverse career where he has held positions across the full project lifecycle — greenfield pipeline growth, acquisitions, construction, and operations and maintenance of renewable assets. In his current role, he leads the development of 2GW of utility-scale projects across ERCOT, overseeing wind, solar, and BESS from early-stage through commercial operation. His technical expertise and leadership have positioned him at the forefront of the clean energy transition. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, woodworking, and reading, but most of all, spending time with his wife and son.
