Terri Denning

Terri Denning is the President of Invera Energy. She is an expert in procurement, contracting, and risk management, with over 25 years of experience in financing, deal structuring, and business development. Prior to Invera Energy, Terri ran the risk management and contracting department for a global battery energy storage manufacturer. Before that, she led business development and contracting for a wind turbine manufacturer, where she managed turbine sales, contracting, business development, M&A negotiation, and due diligence. Terri’s background also includes commodity structuring, deal management, and project finance for gas-fired co-generation plants for a global energy company.
