Tori is the Head of Policy at Base. While earning her degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, she started her career in the Texas Senate. She eventually served as Senior Policy Analyst to Senator Brian Birdwell. After five years in the Senate, Tori transitioned to the private sector with Constellation Energy Generation before beginning her work at Base.
