The Gaylord welcomes service animals. Please make note on your guest reservation if you plan to bring a service animal so the resort staff is aware.
Note that the handler is responsible for all care and supervising of the service animal in the Gaylord, which includes toileting. Pets are not allowed.
The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center has braille available on all directional signage, as well as hearing impaired accessible guest rooms. To request specific services, please email nrashed@divcom.com.
