ChargerHelp Triples Stations Under Management with RaaS Model

ChargerHelp announced it has tripled its stations under management, formalized a new partner program, and bolstered its executive team to scale its operations.

The company credits the rapid adoption of its Reliability as a Service (RaaS) model for these achievements.

As EV infrastructure has expanded, operational complexity has outpaced traditional maintenance models; the result is a fragmented ecosystem in which one out of five charging sessions fail.

Through its EMPWR platform, ChargerHelp addresses this problem by applying a data-centric approach to optimize charging infrastructure and deliver a predictable, reliable operating model.

The company’s growth has led to the collection of over 300 million data points which it uses to fuel its machine learning algorithms.

“Reliability at scale is a learning problem, not a maintenance problem,” said Kameale Terry, CEO of ChargerHelp, in a statement. “When data and field experience are fragmented, every failure is treated like the first, with Truck Rolls for even minor software issues.

Its partner program leverages the EMPWR platform to facilitate coordination between hardware manufacturers, software providers, and field technicians, building on established partnerships with over 40 EVSE providers.

Terry continued, “By unifying cross-network data with real-world field intelligence into a single platform, we reduce diagnosis and decision latency and create a flywheel where every resolved issue makes the system smarter. Reaching this milestone shows the industry is ready to move beyond reactive maintenance toward intelligence-led infrastructure operations.”

To support rapid scaling and national fulfillment, ChargerHelp also expanded its leadership team with key executives who bring storied expertise in fleet operations and enterprise growth.
