Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging (HPC) and Federal Realty Investment Trust have announced a strategic agreement in which Mercedes-Benz will be the preferred EV charging provider across Federal Realty’s best-in-class retail portfolio.
The partnership will set the groundwork for delivering an anticipated 500 new, ultra-fast charging stalls that will be accessible to all EV drivers, regardless of make and model.
The buildout will begin with 20 locations across Federal’s national portfolio, including Camelback Colonnade in Phoenix, Arizona; Lawrence Park Shopping Center in Broomall, Pennsylvania; and Shops at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
They’re expected to come online in 2026 and will each feature up to 10 charging stalls and Mercedes-Benz HPC signature 400 kW charging speeds that are compatible with CCS-1 and NACS equipped vehicles.

Mercedes-Benz HPC operates over 400 charging stalls across 14 states and has over 2,000 currently in development. The company has invested $1 billion to install 2,500 charging stalls by 2027.
