Suncoast Charging Debuts First 325 kW Fast-Charging Hub in Florida

Suncoast Charging Corporation has officially opened its first public DC fast-charging station in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, marking the start of the company’s broader expansion across the region.

The new site, located at the Hub at Bexley, supports up to eight vehicles at once and features Tesla’s V4 Canvas Superchargers capable of delivering up to 325 kW per stall.

The launch represents a major milestone for the company and introduces a leadership team experienced in scaling EV infrastructure. Co-Founder David Patrick, a longtime leader in mobility and energy project development, will oversee the rollout of Suncoast Charging’s growing network. He is joined by Co-Founder Wesley Sima, whose background in finance and clean-energy investment brings additional strength to the company’s strategic roadmap.

Suncoast Charging has partnered with Center Connect Development to develop its first two premium sites. The Hub at Bexley is now open, and a second location at the Hub at Lexington Oaks in Wesley Chapel is expected to come online in early 2026. Both sites were selected for their high-traffic, amenity-rich environments designed to support a seamless, customer-centric charging experience.

At the Hub at Bexley, EV drivers will have access to 19 dining and retail options, regular live music events, local vendor markets, and outdoor entertainment. The station operates 24/7 and offers flexible payment options, compatibility with all EV models, and navigation visibility through the Tesla app and other charging platforms.
