EV charging and battery solutions provider XCharge North America has been selected by Cellerate Power to address Vermont’s need for reliable charging infrastructure.
Cellerate Power is a Vermont-based company building the state’s fastest EV charging site that plans to utilize XCharge NA’s advanced solutions. Both companies are committed to promoting local economic development while advancing Vermont’s goal of increasing EV adoption.

This is a key contribution to our business model to help customers overcome ‘EV range anxiety,’ which in Vermont is exacerbated by very cold winters and mountainous roads.”
The site is located in Winhall, Vermont, and operated by Cellerate Power; it opened for business in late October. XCharge NA’s C7 Ultra-Fast Chargers will deliver 400kW charging speed, significantly outpacing the current local charging infrastructure and performing 2-3 times faster than competing ultra-fast chargers.
The chargers offer NACS and CCS connectors, allowing Cellerate Power to service all registered EV models. The nearest alternative is 30 minutes away and only provides 150kW charging for CCS-equipped EVs.
The C7 units, which also feature 21.5-inch screens, support the companies’ mission in improving the EV charging experience.
