Brandt Vermillion is the ERCOT market lead at Modo Energy, a web-based platform that provides benchmarking, forecast and data insights for battery energy storage systems. Based in Austin, Texas, he joined Modo in 2023, when the startup launched its ERCOT products. Prior to joining Modo, Brandt held various roles at ERCOT, including Operations Analysis Engineer and Shift Engineer in the control room. Brandt hold a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
