Claire McConnell is Vice President of Business Development, Energy Storage at Redwood Materials, which is developing next-generation energy storage solutions using repurposed electric vehicle battery packs to reduce cost, shorten lead times, and mitigate import and tariff risk.
Previously, Claire spent eight years at Proterra, most recently as Chief Business Officer, where she led business development, customer success, product management, and aftermarket organizations. Before Proterra, Claire spent more than four years at Tesla, including as Manager of Business Development for Tesla Energy, and earlier roles in Finance and Business Operations. She began her career at McKinsey & Company.
Claire holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS from Duke University.
