Jesse J. Hereford currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement at the North American Development Bank (NADBank). Having joined NADBank in February 2016, he oversees all U.S. outreach activities, seeks collaborative opportunities with border state agencies & legislatures and manages U.S. federal legislative affairs.
While at the Bank, Mr. Hereford has overseen the sucessful inclusion of the U.S. portion of NADBank’s capital increase, which was included in the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
He holds a Master of International Business Administration from the University of San Diego, a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the American University in Washington, D.C. A native of Laredo, Texas, Jesse and his family reside in San Antonio.
