Nick is a Master Electrician with a passion for making electricity from sunlight. He has worked with solar in a variety of capacities over the last 18 years – from multi-megawatt systems in commercial and utility settings, to small off-grid systems for remote and tribal communities.
As the founder of Illumination Solar Training Systems, Nick is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, hands-on solar training. He enjoys helping students of all backgrounds build their skills and confidence to pursue successful careers in the solar industry.
Nick is a NABCEP-certified PV Installation Professional and PV System Inspector and holds Wisconsin Master Electrician and Commercial Electrical Inspector licenses. He believes solar energy has the power to create real, positive change, and is committed to sharing his knowledge and passion with students, colleagues, and industry professionals alike.
